Beatriz is thorough and listens to my concerns.
The only thing I wasn’t happy with is that I never got a call from a nurse concerning my Thyroid test. I got on my portal and read what it said, but I have questions. Will be seeing her in a week or so. I’ll be asking about it at that time.

I hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Womack makes it a lot easier and a lot less painful for me. She is very friendly and helpful. I have been there several times and I haven't had any issues. I do plan to go back and finish my treatment plan with Dr. Womack.

The Doctor's visit was fine. However, in the last few days I have received emails from labcorp informing me that my lab results were ready for viewing, if I wished to see them, and that I may be charged for the service, because of a problem with verifying my insurance coverage. I've never had this problem with the insurance coverage on my Lab results before, and I would appreciate it if Southwest Rural Health would look into this before I am billed for work that should have been covered by my insurance.
